The Practicing Anthropology Student Association invites you to attend the 11th annual ANTHRO+ Student conference titled "Toward a Decolonized & Antiracist Anthropology: Theory, Method, & Praxis."
This year's theme considers anthropology’s role in addressing social inequities both in and outside of the academy. We believe that decolonization and antiracism are crucial strategies—both theoretically and in praxis—to address problems of miseducation, exclusion, and marginalization.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 7th from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm in the Special Events Room in McKeldin Library, room 6137.
