Emilia Guevara, Doctoral Candidate, will be a panelist on a program series sponsored by the Baltimore Museum of Industry entitled "Workplace Matters," which explores contemporary workplace issues in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. This program will focus on the impact of COVID-19 on migrant worker women in Maryland's crab industry and expand on Emilia's dissertation research. The Baltimore Museum of Industry celebrates the dignity of work and can provide a forum for exploring how the pandemic has impacted – and continues to impact – people’s experiences on the job.

This panel will take place Nov. 19 from 7-8 PM on Zoom.
