the Center for Global Migration Studies will be hosting an event featuring Dr. Cynthia Pizarro from the University of Buenos Aires entitled "Can the Migrants Speak? Cultural Critique and Engaged Anthropology in Argentina." Based on the title and Dr. Pizarro's background in Anthropology,
