The Department of Anthropology commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 20 at 9:30 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel. 

Note that this year, bags will be inspected before anyone enters the chapel, so please avoid bringing a bag if you can, but also be aware that there may be lines getting into the Chapel even if you don't have a bag. The ceremony will run 60-90 minutes and will be followed by a reception for Anthropology graduates and their guests in 1310 Marie Mount Hall.

 

You will need to be in the West Chapel of the of the Memorial Chapel by 8:45 am in your cap and gown.  Graduate students should assemble in the Chapel conference room to the north of the Chapel stage. 

 

You are encouraged to attend. Please arrive by at least 9 am to the chapel conference room on the south side of the chapel.
