Join Nobanno: Bangladeshi Graduate Students Association at the University of Maryland in celebrating the UNESCO International Mother Language Day Celebration on March 3 from 5:30-8pm at the Atrium in STAMP!
The celebration will serve as a powerful platform to showcase and appreciate the richness of Mother Languages. Through performances, music, poetry, art, and cuisine, participants will have the opportunity to share and embrace the linguistic diversity that contributes to the vibrant cultural tapestry of our community.
Guests are encouraged to bring flowers to pay respect to those who have sacrificed for their language. Attendees may also wear cultural attire to add a splash of color to the event.
There is a $5 fee per person for catering expenses. Guests can register for free here by February 21st.
Your presence will enhance our understanding of linguistic values and cultural diversity. For queries, contact us at: nobannobgsa [at] gmail [dot] com.
