Last year, anthropology students in Dr. Jen Shaffer's course ANTH467: Researching Environment and Culture conducted an oral history project with the Columbia Association, interviewing the first residents of Columbia, MD for the city's 50th anniversary later this year. 

Their work, including excerpts from interviews, was recently featured in "Her Mind" magazine.
