Dr. Rob Winthrop, Research Professor, has a chapter entitled "Culturally Reflexive Stewardship: Conserving Ways of Life" in the new book The Oxford Handbook of Public Heritage Theory and Practice. This book aims to promote cross-disciplinary explorations between a variety of fields including: archaeology, heritage research, historic preservation, museology, and other social sciences. This book attempts to understand the complex and contested politics of representation in these disciplines.
