Congratulations to Dr. Sangaramoorthy for her proposal being accepted at TOME@UMD.  The program is going to support Dr.Sangaramoorthy forthcoming book with UNC Press, Immigration and the Landscape of Care, that will be published open access through the pilot program. The book, the first primary source-based ethnography of immigrant health in Maryland, brings the perspective of the humanities and social sciences to address the significant societal challenges of health equity and immigrant rights.
