Alumni Zena Coronado's work published in American Journal of Public Health
Zena Coronado's newest publication, "How Anti-Immigrant Policies Impact Research Among Latinx and Undocumented People Who Use Drugs," details "how anti-immigration policies and xenophobic rhetoric affect the ability to conduct research with Latinx PWUD," offering "strategies to support the continuation of health equity research in the context of an increasingly hostile sociopolitical landscape."
Zena graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in December 2018 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology with concentrations in Medical Anthropology and Global Health, as well as a certificate in Latin American Studies.
