Bio
A dedicated and detail-oriented archaeologist with expertise in field excavations, artifact analysis, and cultural resource heritage preservation. I work for the USDA - NCRS division of western Kansas since Feb. 2024. I am from Maryland and moved to Hays, KS for my job. I am skilled in conducting research, documenting findings, and utilizing GIS and other analytical tools to interpret historical sites. Passionate about uncovering and preserving the past through meticulous excavation and analysis, I enjoy my work.
I graduated from Washington College in 2018 with a BA degree in Anthropology.
I love to travel, especially in Europe. I recently spent a week in Oxford, England and a few days in Barcelona, Spain. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling between the Midwest and the East Coast. Most days, you will find me out in the fields of western Kansas or hanging out with friends or visiting family in Maryland and Texas.
