Bio
Jackie Egemo is a graduate student in the Cultural and Heritage Resource Management program at the University of Maryland. Ms. Egemo received her bachelor’s degree in History and Anthropology from the University of Iowa with a Certificate of Museum Studies. She has five years of experience working in archaeological cultural resource management with experience in phase I, II, and III survey, pedestrian survey, crew chief, project coordination and management, collections management and report writing. Jackie is employed with Terracon Consultant, Inc. out of Chicago, Illinois as an Archaeological Technician. She has previously worked for the Iowa Office of the State Archaeologist. Having worked in multiple regions across the United States, Jackie is interested in understanding the differences in CRM practices across the country and continuing her role in historic preservation.
