Elsaesser, Courtney
Bio
Courtney graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022 with her B.A. in Archaeology and a minor in Anthropology. For her field school, she worked at a Fort Ancient Village site in southeast Indiana where she learned the basics of archaeological investigation and laboratory work. Her field supervisor told her about Cultural Resource Management, and she quickly obtained a field technician position after graduating. She has four years of experience in CRM, two years as a field tech and two years as a field lead. She has mostly worked in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. but has worked on some short projects in the South. Outside of CRM, Courtney enjoys seeing friends and family, reading, and playing video games.
